Drop off / Collection

I am able to offer local delivery around L21, L22, L23, L30 for a small fee. Alternatively I can arrange a collection point in central Liverpool (L1) if the town centre is accessible for you.

UK Shipping

I generally send products via First Class Royal Mail, however if the order is heavier I will arrange a separate courier and be in touch with further information. Orders with a higher value will be tracked and signed for. I aim to send parcels within 2-3 working days.

International Shipping

Please get in touch with me prior to making international purchases so I can figure out the best method of carriage for the size and nature of your purchase.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

I am unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt. In this instance, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving my product, after this period I am unable to provide replacements or refunds. Please note I will need images of the item in its original packaging, damaged condition, in order for me to claim compensation from courier. I will then issue a refund.

If your item was purchased at a market or event, and has been damaged after sale and when the product has been in your possession, please note I am unable to offer any refund. This is known as 'last touch' and is common with artists handling and creating fragile items.

Regarding exchanges, as everything is hand-made in small batches, often without a stock of ready-made items, I am unable to offer this service.
